Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds do and do not apply to our services. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms & Conditions.

1. Deposits

Deposits reserve your slot and cover planning and initial work. Once work has begun, deposits are non-refundable.

2. One-time projects

One-time projects are delivered against an agreed scope and milestones. Amounts for work already completed or in progress are non-refundable. If you cancel, you receive the work produced up to the cancellation date and settle any outstanding balance for work performed.

3. Monthly memberships

Memberships are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time, effective from the next billing cycle. The current billing period is non-refundable and we do not provide partial-month refunds.

4. Advertising spend

Advertising budget is paid by you directly to the advertising platforms (such as Meta and Google) and is governed by their terms. We do not control and cannot refund ad spend.

5. Third-party costs

Domains, hosting, licences, stock assets, fonts and third-party tools are non-refundable once purchased, as these costs are incurred with third parties on your behalf.

6. How to request a refund

If you believe a refund is due, contact us at guarnieridigital@gmail.com describing your request. We review requests in good faith on a case-by-case basis.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
